Coucou!
Nivelles is still amazing just really empty haha. Everyone is headed out to the South of France for like 3-6 weeks..who are these people?! But finding is fun and we have had some cool experiences this week. Drunk people really wanting my really nice plaque, old ladies telling us all the gossip then giving us cookies and people who will talk to you for 45 minutes, ask so many questions, then say they aren't interested in religion. It's all good, you learn so much from everyone you talk to.
Christianne, Sabine and Gaeton are doing well. Members are giving us some solid referrals. Just everyone seriously is like see ya in August, see ya in September! We see Bridgette and it's like she is not even herself. She asks us everyday if we are headed to mass or whatever and we are like it's not Sunday...she seems confused it's sad, really sad.
Really sad I have to miss another 4th of July but it's okay, I will be in France for BASTILLE day y'all.
Also, while walking through Braine we received a dinner revelation and we basically made an amazing hot pocket in about 5 minutes. We are killin' it.
Soeur McBride is so chill. I already know she will be one of my favorite companions. We have so much fun and just laugh about everything. It just makes the work seem less hard, makes time finding go by faster but also smoother, more enjoyable, more inspired. So yeah I am happy. It's hard sometimes, especially talking to people on the phone but I feel more confident in what I know. And yeah it's good. My accent is coming in, I've been working on my throaty R's. It's so fun to just learn the language together and just make everyday a good day. We decided to dye my hair but we couldn't translate the directions so we just went for it haha.
We have a couple of finding days this week and exchanges in France on Friday! (Bastille Day, yay yay) So it's gonna be good! Training is an adventure, we are just taking it one week at a time.
Okay have a good week. And pray for Christiane and Sabine, we will be discussing Baptismal dates this week. :)
